Yogurt with Mint & Raisins

4 servings

 

  • 2 cups plain nonfat yogurt, or lowfat
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely minced fresh mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup golden raisins
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts

Soak raisins in 1 cup of hot water for 1 hour then drain.

Put the yogurt in a bowl. Add salt, pepper; whisk until smooth and creamy. Add all the other ingredients and mix.
