Yogurt with Cucumber
& Mustard Seeds

4 servings

 

  • 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/16 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 2 tablespoons finely minced fresh cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon whole black mustard seed,
       lightly ground
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, coarsely grated

Put the yogurt in a bowl. Whisk gently until creamy. Add all the other ingredients. Mix well & chill.
