Banana Yogurt (Raita)

6 servings

 

  • 2 each bananas
  • 3 cups (a 32oz container)
       plain nonfat yogurt
  • 1 dash ground cinnamon
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 1 dash cardamom
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Puree one of the bananas (ripe but not over-ripe) with some of the yogurt. Cut up other banana in 1/2-inch pieces. Combine all ingredients & chill.
