Red Snapper (or Cod) with Lemon Butter

4 servings

  • 4 6oz red snapper filets (or Cod)
  • 2 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 Tablespoon lemon juice, fresh
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Wash filets and pat dry. Put filets on your Foreman grill at 300°; baste and cook for about 5 minutes (basting every minute or so). Cook until they flake with a fork and is opaque all the way through.
