Teriyaki Salmon

2 servings

  • 2 Tablespoons teriyaki sauce
  • 12 ounces salmon fillet
  •    olive oil spray

Place the salmon fillet(s) into a plastic bag and pour in the teriyaki sauce. Let stand at least 10 minutes in the refrigerator.

Place a sheet of aluminum foil on a grilling pan (clean-up this way) and spray with olive oil spray. Place salmon fillet(s) on the foil and discard any leftover sauce and bag. Broil for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until the fish flakes.

Or throw it onto your Foreman indoor grill for about 5 minutes.
