Shrimp Cocktail Sauce #1

  • 1 cup chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish (or to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Worchestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 level tablespoon sugar

Mix ingredients together and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve with ice cold cooked shrimp.



Shrimp Cocktail Sauce #2

This is somewhat spicier than #1.Watch out for that horseradish!

  • 1/2 cup chili sauce
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1-2 tablespoon prepared horseradish (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  •    dash Worchestershire sauce
  •    a few drops hot sauce

Mix ingredients together and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve with ice cold cooked shrimp.
