Grilled Ham Steak

4 servings

 

  • 2 pounds slice of ham
  • 1/2 cup apple juice
  • 1/2 cup honey

In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup apple (or pineapple) juice with 1/2 cup honey, pouring over ham in baking dish. Marinate in refrigerator 2 hours, turning occasionally.

Drain ham, saving marinade. Frequently brush ham with marinade during grilling.

Serve with sweet potatoes
