Maple-Mustard Carrots 

4 servings

  • 1 pound baby carrots, scraped
  • 1 1/2 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 Tablespoon Fleischmann's
       margarine, melted
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard

Steam carrots 15 minutes; drain well. Combine syrup, margarine and mustard, stir well. Pour syrup mixture over carrots, toss gently to coat.

(Mix same amount of syrup mixture for under 1 Lb carrots also)
