Egg Whites Poppers


1 serving  
 

  • 1 1/2 cups egg whites (any brand)
  •    butter-flavored cooking spray

Coat a plastic ice cube tray with cooking spray. Pour in egg white to fill tray. Microwave on high for 4 minutes then refrigerate for 1 hour.

You might try mixing in some sugar-free powdered Kool-Aid mix or powdered suger-free Jell-O mix to add flavor.

NOTE: These are great for bodybuilders who can carry these to the gym in a ziplock bag and pop them while working out.
