Orange Glazed Chicken Breasts

4 servings

 

  • 1 1/4 pounds (4) skinless boneless chicken breast
  • 1 tablespoon margarine or butter
  • 1/4 cup chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared mustard

For the Glaze: combine chili sauce, orange marmalade and mustard in a small bowl; set aside.

Lightly flatten the 4 chicken breasts. In a large skillet, melt margarine; add chicken and cook until brown on both sides. Pour glaze over chicken. Simmer, uncovered about 8 minutes, basting occasionally
