Turkey Piccata

3 servings

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 pound skinless turkey breast,
       boneless slices (6 slices)
  • 1/4 cup margarine or butter

Combine flour, paprika & rosemary (salt & pepper to taste)- place into a shallow dish. Place the lemon juice into another shallow dish.

Dip slices of turkey in lemon juice, coat with flour mixture. Melt margerine on medium-high heat. Cook slices 2 to 3 minutes on each side - until lightly browned.
