Burger with Pepper & Onion 
1 serving
- 1/4 pound Ground Skinless Turkey Breast
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 small onion, sliced thin
- 1/2 small green bell pepper, sliced thin
- 2 teaspoons margarine or butter
Season the meat with salt and pepper, shape into a patty and broil or pan-fry until done as you like, allowing about 5 minutes on each side.
While the burger is cooking, saute the onion in hot oil until golden. Add the green pepper and cook until the pepper is crisp-tender. Season with salt and pepper and spoon over the burger before you eat it.
1. You can eat this in a burger roll if you wish.
